If an order was placed within the last 1 hour (less than 60 minutes),
we can attempt a cancelation in the OOGP system.
Use the chat function in the upper right hand corner of this page.
We will need the CLX batch number or patient name to attempt the cancellation.
Orders placed over an hour ago
Any orders placed over an hour ago can not be canceled in our system. To return, put the product in your monthly returns box.
